Sanne Ham

I am an author, integration therapist and warrior at heart who teaches how we can heal on a mental, emotional, and physical level. I am here to remind you, the source of healing resides within you. I don’t give you the answers, but I give you the support, understanding, and tools you need to find the answers within. I don’t think for you, but I use my philosophical mind to think with you. I don’t do the work for you, but I hold you with love in whatever you are going through.

When I was 18 years old, I had a heart attack and near-death experience that gave me a whole new perspective on life, death, and healing. I went through a profound spiritual awakening, and my intuition guided me to meditate, journal, and live a healthier lifestyle.Within one year, I unexplainably healed the scar tissue on my heart muscle.

After healing physically, I discovered that I still suffered from anxiety, PTSD, and dissociation. This inspired me to learn more about how trauma impacts our mental, emotional, and physical health. I studied with revolutionary teachers and mentors who showed me how to work with the subconscious mind, integrate trauma, and purposefully work with plant medicine in healing ceremonies. I now create a safe and loving space to support people from all walks of life on their healing journey.

Mushrooms, trees, and rivers are my allies that give me the inspiration, trust, and courage to share my personal experiences and wisdom with the world. I am a rebel at heart who reminds you, fear is not the enemy. It is your greatest teacher.
